Export based Food and Beverage company is looking to recruit a junior accountant for its operations.

We are looking for positive energy, demeanor, and courtesy professional.

Account Roles & Responsibilities:

General accountant
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Cashier

Minimum requirements

2 years’ experience in a similar position within a finance department
Agile within an unstructured environment
Master accounting and financial principles
Proficient with Microsoft Office
French & English is Required

Specific requirements

Experience with Sage Accounting Software is a plus

General Accountant (experienced profile preferred)

• – Capacity to analyze and report
• – Experienced with fixed assets, bank recon, P&L, and payroll management
• – Knowledgeable on local tax management

Accounts receivable (experienced profile preferred)

• – Interpersonal skills and customer-oriented
• – Capacity to manage a client portfolio (collection, credit term, disputes) and oversee front desk activities
• – Ability to take initiative, coordinate among stakeholders and report performances

Accounts payable

• – Details oriented and organized
• – Ability to manage invoice processing from A to Z (reception, register, control, and payment) and carry accounting reconciliations
• – Handle relation with service providers and report

Cashier

• – Reliable and organized
• – Good presentation and customer-oriented
• – Ability to receive and control proof of payments, issue receipts, report daily transactions, coordinate with back-office stakeholders
