Transport and logistics company, that integrates maritime, port, and land service is looking for a full-time Import Customer Service Assistant.  This individual will focus on after-sales customer support and assistance as well as invoicing, and coordination of pickup of port items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and Communicating over the phone
  • Creates and Sends Customer Invoices
  • Communicates with customer arrival
  • Custom Manifest creation and forwarding to customs
  • Logistic coordination for pickup and dropoff of received items.


  • Minimum 5 years of customer service, logistics, import/export experience required
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Knowledge of Haitian market and USA-Caribbean Trade preferred
  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade or other related to the maritime industry
  • Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adjust in a rapidly changing sociopolitical environment
